We're having a sitdown lunch reception at the Pen. I personally prefer sitdown meals because there aren't any queues. The downside is you can't pig out. But it's lunch naman so I don't think this will be much of a problem.


The Menu

Antipasti of Salmon, Prawns, and Smoked Duck with Melon Pearls

Seafood Bisque flavored with Brandy

Roast Rib-eye of Beef, Herb-mashed Potatoes,
Red Wine Onions, Garden Vegetables and Natural Jus

Tart of Chocolate with Orange Segments and Grand Marnier
- o -
Wedding Cake (refer to earlier post, yummy!)
- o -
Coffee or Tea

We'll have wine for toasting, and would have loved to serve bellinis, but the prices for drinks at the Pen are exorbitant so everyone will have to settle for iced tea or punch. A thought...maybe I can slip some booze in the punch?

If anyone wants to drink they'll just have to come up to the room after the reception where they can have a liter of lambanog or good old southern comfort for their feisty little livers to enjoy.
