Bare Bones

Sometimes when I get overwhelmed with all the details related to planning our wedding I remember what I told my mom early on, when I was getting railroaded into wearing a fluffy dress, inviting tons of people, wearing a fake hair bun (!), having tons of flowers, and doing this and that because "that's the way things need to happen".

The only thing that "needs to happen" is Jo and me getting married. Everything else is icing on the cake.
